May 28, 2019 - #LinkedInLocal
The importance of culture in digital transformation was the central theme of Munich's first local LinkedIn event in the city centre. Magdalena Rogl, Head of Digital Channels at Microsoft in Munich, stressed that it is important to "not be a know it all - be a learn it all" (Satya Nadella) because everything is constantly changing anyway, and to put people and their culture at the centre of innovation. "You can be innovative every day and bring new products to markets, but if you have not won the trust of your customers/employees, you will use the products alone," Rogl pointed out. In addition, she once again confirmed the vision of Munich Members with her statement "Transformation is above all about culture and people". As Munich Members, we are a firm believer that with our know-how in the fields of creativity, politics and business combined with the innovative knowledge of our Munich Members in Pakistan, Ghana, Ethiopia, Chile and many other countries to come, we can actively shape this change! Many thanks to LinkedIn and the organizers of #LinkedInLocal, including Dr. Irene Kilubi and Johannes Woll, for inviting us.
